Years ago, a solution like solar would have been price prohibitive and not a terribly efficient system to run your camper off of. Not anymore. New solar panels come out almost every week now and they are becoming lighter, more efficient and more cost effective.
Whether you are building out a globe trotting overland rig or a weekend warrior Vanagon, solar power is a great way to stay off the grid longer and keep your house batteries topped off all while running your devices and appliances.
We can help you install a complete solar set up in your camper. For overland rigs we recommend a minimum of 150watts of solar and for general purpose weekend warriors we recommend a minimum of 90watts. We install the panel(s), the charger system, the management system and we can wire in all your appliances in the most efficient way possible.

Inverters, batteries, chargers, combiners. There’s a lot of wiring to do in campmobile and we can help you get the most out of your system. From choosing the right charger to getting Lithium Ion batteries or Lead Acid batteries, we can show you the way to energy independence.

Lithium Ion Battery

Typical lithium setups require a whole host of other components to function. The LifeBlue Lithium battery is a one-for-one replacement of lead acid systems. In addition, lithium is a 1/3 the weight, twice the life and twice the power of lead acid for only 30% more investment over lead acid competitors.

We utilize Full River lead acid batteries for our overland and camper applications. We recommend these for serious campers or overlanders to run two 6V batteries in series. This provides the best combination of power and longevity.

Pro Mariner Pro Sport Charger

Power Inverter

Inverters come in all shapes and sizes. We recommend at least a 100w pure sine wave or modified sine wave inverter. We have seen great results and durability from Go Power brand inverters. Their support is great and their inverters are sturdy. Just what you need for Vanlife.
